Welcome to our online event where we explore **building trust** with communities in Vermont. The workshop covers foundational tools and evidence based facts to the specific Vermont context.
Building trust emerged as one of the most needed skills in various community-based strategy engagements by Fringe Impact. The skill to build trust is an intangible one which requires intentional personal work, equity understanding and emotional intelligence. In this session we will explore tools, resources and interactive facilitated work to inform community based work in Vermont.
Join us for an evidence-based workshop exploring the core tenets of trust building within community and interprofessional relationships at work. Learn from experts in the field and connect with fellow community leaders. Together, let’s strengthen relationships and foster trust within our communities. Don’t miss this chance to make a difference! Register now and be part of this impactful event.

Presenter: Ruchi Nadkarni
My story centers with a passion for helping organizations succeed by empowering their stakeholders, especially the most underserved communities. I saw a need for personalized, results-driven impact consulting and set out to create a company that would meet that need. My past work has created space for BIPOC* and minority stakeholders in projects across workforce development, health equity, early childhood education, animal welfare and field building endeavors. As a mother (needing flexibility), immigrant and a woman of color my personal experiences create deep empathy and humility for my stakeholders experiences.
