Grants to Preserve Historic Barns

Historic barns of all kinds feature prominently in Vermont’s landscape, culture, and economy. They are so important, the state offers matching grants of up to $15,000 to non-profit organizations, municipalities, and individuals to help maintain them. To qualify, barns must be listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. The application deadline is November 5.
