Announcement: The Hardwick Area Food Pantry (HAFP) seeks the assistance of a planning consultant with experience working with small nonprofit organizations.

All the while continuing HAFP’s commitment to equity as a central value. It will also be an opportunity for the HAFP Board and the communities it serves to establish a future HAFP vision informed by what was learned from the pandemic and community listening.

Time Frame: The project will start in mid June and be completed by the end of September of 2022

Tasks: Work may include – research such as customer surveys, focus groups, meetings/a retreat or other format involving HAFP Board members, community meetings and preparation of a written report.

Desired Qualifications: Experience and demonstrated success helping small local non-profit entities strategically plan. Knowledge of social service agency functions is a plus.
