Common Good Vermont is pleased to announce the 2021 Fundraising Development Certificate Program. This second annual program is designed for small to mid-sized non profit organizations and will provide leaders, executives and staff members with the knowledge and skills needed to build a development plan and improve fundraising capacity.
“This course helped me to gain greater insight into the “hows” and “whys” of fundraising. I developed a much greater understanding of the role of establishing strong relationships with donors, and how to communicate that to our small staff so that we all felt that we had a valuable role in development,” says Up for Learning director of operations Karen Scott.
This eight month online program begins February 10th and will include monthly live interactive online training, peer learning sessions, individual assignments, and one on one coaching sessions. Participants will:
- Leave with your own personalized Development Plan – either new or updated to support your organization in setting goals and staying on track.
- Learn how the pandemic has changed fundraising and how to partner with your donors during this critical time.
- Learn specific development skills.
- Integrate new ideas and skills with the support of your peer learning circle and one-on-one individualized coaching.
