Summer 2022 Webinar Series
Action Circles is a successful political strategy firm, and they are hosting weekly webinars every Thursday from 3:00 – 4:00 PM starting August 4th. Webinar topics include elements of the Action Circles Model of Organizing as well as strategic thinking for the legislative process and beyond.
Participants will learn how to apply the following principles and methods of the organizing model to their own organizing.

Action Circles Academy Series
Learn how to use advocacy to build your organization’s strength, capacity, and success with Action Circles’ six-course Academy Series on the Action Circles Model of Organizing this August and September!
The Academy Series is a professional development opportunity for advocates, activists, and anyone interested in building leadership and support within their organization or for a Campaign. Each class focuses on a different component of the Action Circles Model of Organizing that Amy Shollenberger has developed over many years.
The Action Circles Model of Organizing can be applied in many different ways and has been used successfully in advocacy and political campaigns, fundraising efforts, marketing plans, and more. In addition to learning the ins and outs of this tested and effective model, this series is a peer-to-peer learning experience where folks are encouraged to share thoughts, ask questions, and share their own experiences to learn from each other.

Class 1 (August 3rd) – Backstories Activity & Action Circles Principles of Organizing
Class 2 (August 17th) – Write Your Happy Ending & Conduct a Current Story Analysis for your Issue
Class 3 (August 24th) – The Action CIRCLES Model of Organizing
Class 4 (August 31st) – Practice Your Organization’s Invite-Support-Feedback Communications Loop & Conduct a Hopes-Fears-Priorities Analysis
Class 5 (September 14th) – Conduct a Power Analysis & Build a Platform
Class 6 (September 21st) – Plan Fun Events & Engage Key Players in a Campaign
NOTE: some classes have only one week in between while others have two weeks between.
This class is IN PERSON ONLY at the Action Circles Office at 149 State Street, Suite #8 in Montpelier, VT. All classes are 4:00 – 6:30 PM on Wednesdays. The Action Circles Academy Series is limited to 8 participants, so be sure to sign up today!
