Succession planning can help organizations avoid critical disruptions to their programs and services and can unify their stakeholders on a clear path toward mission success. Join UNA and FORVIS for the essential training led by nonprofit leadership expert, Dan Prater.

National studies have revealed that up to 75% of all nonprofit executives planned to leave their positions during the next five to seven years. In addition, many of the current nonprofit leaders are Baby Boomers and have entered retirement age. Yet a report by the Kansas City Fed showed that about 70% of organizations do not have a succession plan.

This webinar will cover:

  • The importance of a plan
  • Types of succession plans and steps involved
  • How to communicate the plan internally and externally

Who Should Attend?
Executive Directors, board members, organizational leadership, HR staff, and anyone else who would benefit from learning about leadership transitions and succession planning.

Registration Instructions: Register at the discounted rate ($45) using the code 2023SPCGV.
