Meals on Wheels Nutrition Support Specialist

The Nutrition Support Specialist provides mission-critical support for Age Well’s Meals on Wheels In-Home Delivery Program, our Community Meals & Restaurant Ticket Program and Age Well’s Dietitian provided Nutrition Counseling service. Our Support Specialists are the primary point of contact for our clients and their families, health care providers, vendors, Age Well volunteers, and staff. This candidate will work within a team to provide an excellent customer experience for the consumer; troubleshooting and resolving simple to complex problems, assessing program eligibility, managing volunteer and meal delivery schedules.

This is a 30 hour per week, benefit eligible position.

Qualifications: Associates’ degree in Business Administration or related field and at least one (1) year of job related experience or equivalent required.
