The Central Vermont Council on Aging is currently looking for Case Managers to help support older Vermonters in maintaining their independence. Central Vermont Council on Aging Case Managers are never on call and are encouraged to work within their scheduled working hours, generally 8:30 – 4:30 Monday through Friday.
