Despite the challenges and setbacks of the last few years, your organization is still working on the frontlines to deliver critical services and aid vulnerable populations. And if you rely on volunteer support, it’s likely that your volunteers are working on the frontline of those frontlines. Invest in their success by registering for the Nonprofit Credential in Volunteer Management.

The Nonprofit Credential provides a specific course of action for you to understand and apply up-to-date best practices to your volunteer management. You’ll receive exactly what you need—consultations, templates, and coaching—to attract, retain, and thank the volunteers that mean so much to your mission. Join UNA and Kellie Mieremet for this all-encompassing course in volunteer management.

This course is designed to provide you with tools for:
• Integrating volunteer management into your organization’s overall planning and development,
•  Securing senior leadership support and resources for strong volunteer management practices,
•  Developing and implement effective volunteer-related training organization-wide,
•  Engaging and recognizing volunteers,
•  Recruiting, tracking, and communicating with volunteers digitally,
•  Demonstrating your commitment to sustainability to funders, stakeholders, and even your volunteers, and
•  Proving your ability to lead your organization forward and contribute to your mission.

Note: The Nonprofit Credential program is for 501(c) organizations only.
