Hoping to get more out of your leadership team meetings this year? Tired of planning your meetings at the last minute? Worried that your team spends too much energy on the small stuff and not enough hashing out the big questions? Fed up with meetings that feel like you’re drifting in an endless circle?

We hear you. Over 80% of the nonprofit leaders we’ve surveyed report that they don’t use their leadership meeting time effectively. Senior leaders often report that they feel they’re spending time on the wrong things, missing other critical topics, and feeling unclear in their meetings about the purpose of their agenda items. The good news is a little investment can go a long way. And we are here to help.

During this complimentary 45-minute webinar, we’ll explore three steps you can take to revive your leadership team’s meeting time:

  • Name your MUST-HAVE meeting priorities for the year
  • Align meeting DESIGN to effectively address the topic—one size does not fit all!
  • Map out a WORK-IN-PROGRESS meeting calendar
