Elevate Youth Services (EYS) empowers youth to achieve fulfilling, healthy lives, and advocates for the well-being of all youth. For nearly 50 years, EYS has served youth in Washington County and beyond. Our programs range from a drop-in teen center to one-on-one counseling and family therapy; we provide shelter for homeless youth, substance use treatment, and assistance with education, employment, housing, and more. In short, EYS is the only non-profit in Washington County focused solely on the unique needs of adolescents and young adults. In addition to these direct services, we administer two statewide coalitions of youth service providers that strengthen and ensure a statewide safety net for youth.
We are looking for a dynamic Executive Director (ED) to take the helm starting January 1, 2024. Reporting to EYS’s Board of Directors, the ED has overall fiscal, strategic, and operational responsibility for staff, programs, growth and impact – all in service to the organization’s mission and vision, and fully aligned with best organizational values and behavioral standards.
The ED will have a deep commitment to working effectively with staff, board members, external funders, partners, volunteers, and supporters. The ED will be resourceful, highly collaborative, and transparent, with excellent communication skills and a positive, strategic perspective.
