Meet the Presenters:

Angelica Molero, Principal

Having worked in the public and private sectors, Angelica brings experience in the talent life cycle, from recruitment to development to retention; instructional coaching; and regional and team leadership.

She holds a MS in Teaching/TESOL Program from Fordham University and a BA in Political Studies and Latin American & Iberian Studies from Bard College.


Ron Rapatalo, Associate Partner

Before joining Edgility, Ron had his own executive search practice, recruiting and selecting hundreds of candidates to become education and nonprofit leaders.
